I've owned the G-Shock GW-5000 1jf for about 6 years with no issues but the stopwatch function just recently started malfunctioning. The stop/start and reset buttons will activate automatically and stop and start the elapsed time on their own making it impossible to time an interval. It currently takes an average of five working days for us to perform a repair. 1-2 extra days should be added for delivery both to and from our facility. The extended repair and care programme (only for models in the MR-G collection) currently takes an average of 5-10 working days due to the thorough testing processes.
